Beer Marinade

• 1 can of beer
• 1 can of beer
• 1 lemon, roughly chopped
• 1 tablespoon coarse salt
• 2 tablespoons oil
• ½ teaspoon sugar

Rub salt into the lemon pieces. For the best result, leave it overnight or longer.
When ready to marinade meat, combine all ingredients then pour over meat.
This goes extremely well with game and other tougher cuts of meats.
