Poultry Marinade
 |
- 1 cup natural yoghurt
- 1 medium onion, finely grated
- 1 sprig rosemary, chopped
- 1 sprig thyme, chopped
- 1 bay leaf
- Salt and pepper
- 1 tablespoon cayenne pepper or paprika can be added if you desire a spicier marinade

Combine all ingredients and mix well.
Refrigerate and use within 3 days.
