CADAC Sponsors Patrol Tents for 180° Cederberg MTB Experience

CADAC (Pty) Ltd is now the official Presenting Sponsor of the 180º Cederberg MTB Experience, and will be the official tent supplier to the rider’s race village as well as bringing a variety of their tried and tested products to the event.

Set in a protected and highly sensitive natural environment, the 180° Cederberg MTB Experience at the end of October is the most prestigious 3 day stage race on the South African Mountain Biking calendar - and the only official 3-day MTB event on the national PPA calendar held in the Western Cape.

Characterized by the breathtaking terrain of the unique Cederberg Wilderness Area, the route (which changes yearly) traverses stunning mountain passes, river crossings and dusty jeep and technical single tracks. The race’s daily stages are between 70 and 90km, covering a total race distance of approximately 200 - 250km.

Unlike any other, this race has been specially designed to combine mountain biking, community development, nature conservation, and tourism.

CADAC will be sponsoring 200 2-sleeper Sunseeker Patrol Tents for the CADAC race village at the 2006 180° Cederberg MTB Experience, and will continue this sponsorship with further tents at the race in 2007. This commitment means that CADAC will be the Official Presenting Sponsor for the 180° Cederberg MTB Experience in 2006 and 2007.
